De uitnodigingen worden in week 42 en 43 verzonden. Kom bij voorkeur in het tijdsblok dat hoort bij de eerste letter van uw achternaam:

Neem uw uitnodiging mee en draag kleding waarmee u uw bovenarm gemakkelijk kunt ontbloten. Ontvangt u beide prikken? Neem dan beide uitnodigingen mee.
Kunt u niet komen? Bel vanaf maandag 2 november om 13.30 uur voor een nieuwe afspraak.
Afmelden, geen uitnodiging ontvangen of een vaccinatie op eigen verzoek? Bel 020-4361252 en kies het vaccinatiemenu. Wacht bij een ontbrekende uitnodiging tot na week 43. Aan vaccinatie op eigen verzoek kunnen kosten verbonden zijn.
Griepprik aan huis: voor patiënten die hiervoor een uitnodiging ontvangen, komen wij woensdag 28 oktober tussen 10.30 en 16.00 uur langs.

Invitations will be sent during weeks 42 and 43. Please attend during the time slot for the first letter of your surname:

Bring your invitation and wear clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm. If you are receiving both vaccinations, bring both invitations.
Unable to attend? Call from Monday, November 2, at 1:30 p.m. onwards to arrange an alternative appointment.
To decline, report a missing invitation or request a vaccination yourself: call 020-4361252 and select the vaccination menu. For missing invitations, please wait until after week 43. Charges may apply to vaccinations requested without an invitation.
Flu vaccinations at home: patients invited for a home visit will receive their vaccination on Wednesday, October 28, between 10:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
